A beta version or beta release usually represents the first version of a computer program that implements all required features although additional features may be added. Download (1 MB) at: Microsoft Download Center .NET Framework Programs:
To run these programs, you need .NET Framework 1.1
Download (23 MB): Microsoft Download Center
(You may also need IE 5.01 or higher to install .NET 1.1)C++ Programs:
You need at most an installation of windows to run these.
Finally, You will also need an archiving tool to extract our files.
Try WinRar, as most of the programs are packaged using RAR format.
