TrackSongs:Winamp

This program is useful if ur listening to internet radio and like a song thats playing and want to get it later.
im sure it has bugs but basic functionality is there...

- no install needed, but it makes a "songlist.dat" file in the directory u run it from, so i suggest making a new directory for it, putting it in that directory before the first run

- double clicking on the box on the top copies the text to clipboard

- everything else is pretty self explanatory.

*this is a standalone program, it is not a winamp plugin*

this is as close to final as it will get. unless it has fatal errors, consider this project DONE.

the server is now hidden to the system tray and pops up on a chat request, or by right-clicking the tray icon.

***it makes registry entries at "HKLM\software\viv3k\basecamp"
where values:
==> p1,p2,p3 can be changed to any executable file and corresponds to buttons program1, program2, program3 under shell->frequent programs
==> "port" is the connection port
==> "timerint" is the interval (in milliseconds) at which server sends to client the info under "stats" tab, the value has to be between 500 and 5000 (.5 to 5 seconds) make this 0 to disable feature

BaseCamp (alpha preview)

Basecamp is a simple client server application that is useful if you have a network between two

or more computers and you want to run some basic commands on another computer on the network.

BaseCamp can:

send pop-up messgaes / message boxes from the client to the server
execute shell commands and report back the result to the client
send vital stats of the server to the client every 500ms, stats such as CPU,HDD,RAM usage and also mouse cordinates, useful too estimate if the server is in use
there exsists a chat capability between the client and server
the client can shutdown, restart, suspend, and hibernate the server

This is a very initial alpha preview, the final will contan features that scan a particular port on every IP on the network (in order to determine a PC which has the server module running) and connect to it, it will have the capability of send keystrokes or moue events to be applied on the server, and ofcourse cooler graphics

WARNING:The following software is classified as alphaware, use it at your own risk.

UPDATE: a semi-stable release is downloadable, test it out mate's and suggest additions/mods.

Scheduler v1.8

this program schedules the connection and disconnection of your RAS connection (it picks up the connection names from your computer) and launches a file after the connection has been made

about the program:

the tiny clock indicates activity
file called "Sched_log.txt" is made in c: by default that records data transfer, average speeds and active time during ehich the program connected/disconected.
WORKS ONLY ON WINDOWS XP WITH .NET FRAMEWORK
since this program is still in beta, it does not remember the file location to launch it is "c:\downloads\utorrent.exe" for the first file, "C:\Program Files\BearShare\BearShare.exe" for the second, and "D:\Program Files\Azureus\Azureus.exe" for the third file, as these are the default locations on my computer, YOU WILL HAVE TO SET THESE TO WHATEVER THE FILELOCATION IS ON YOUR COMPUTER BY CLICKING 'BROWSE' EVERY TIME THE PROGRAM STARTS.

fixes are bieng worked on, where in the file locations etc are written to registry to remember them.this is just a test release but it works.

This is a text box on the taskbar like the google desktop search..... only this outputs a command line argument to opera, say for example, i type in "g windows vista" and press [enter] it opens up opera, with a google search page searching "windows vista".

u can edit your opera search.ini to add more searches, i have, google(g), msn(msn), google::lucky(lucky), wikipedia(wiki), torrents(torrent), desktop search(desk) [uses google desktop search], so if i want to search my desktop i type "desk " and opera opens up with the search results of google desktop search. if type in a website like "www.download.com" it opens opera with www.download.com

this not a feature of my program, its that of opera, what my program does is add the functionlaity to the taskbar. so why limit yourself only to google desktop search with the google bar, do anything with this and opera.

theres this program called Opsed which helps u add search engines to opera's search.ini.

i have even added keywords like "usual", if type "usual" and hit enter, it goes to my usual pages... 3or4 of my most frequent.

this is in a very prelimnary state, i just got it to work on my computer, if other people are intrested to use this, i could try and make a release version.

i have to say its pretty useful.

AOE ai Compiler

Hi!
These days, I am very addicted to Age of Empires. And I also discovered that you can write some amazing ai for it! But the problem is a lot of typing. So, i came up with this new "language" of sorts, that simplifies a lot of typing. You can then use my compiler to convert it to the real ai code.

Lancement

This is a re-done launcher(my earlier version), with feature additions, built from the ground up.
this one features,
-a time delay of hours, minutes, seconds
-fade in/out
-force shutdown or restart
-hibernate
-an option to send u a message
-the small button on the start/stop button lanches immedialtely
-cleaned up the code a lot!

There are a few bugs, this wouldnt be called 'the beta project' otherwise ;->
-the programs "system" features work only in xp installed in 'c:\windwows' directory.

lancement is french for launch.

This is a tiny utility, which you can use to split up large files, transport them, and reassemble at the other location. It has two programs, chopper and splicer. Use chopper to split up files, and splicer to recombine.

Launcher v1.3b {updated}

This is a VERY basic launcher thrown together very quickly, what it does is it launches a specified file after a chosen time (6hours max) or can even shutdown the comoputer, more features such as browsing for files, etc will be added.
didnt realize aplha-blending could be this easy.

Finally... the core of my chat prog is done! Now you can establish connections by knowing ip addresses that run my server... isnt it great? Right now, its dos based, so, not very user friendly. Maybe someday i'll come up with a windows version of it ;-)
